According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the following individuals were incarcerated during the reporting period:

Jeremy Bodkins, 33, of Williford, was arrested for failure to appear on charges of possession of drugs and firearms simultaneously, possession of a controlled substance (Schedule I or II methamphetamine or cocaine under 2 grams), and bond revocation.

William Brock, 62, of Cave City, was arrested for failure to exhibit registration, refusal to submit, careless and prohibited driving, battery in the third degree, driving while intoxicated (drugs, first offense), and disorderly conduct.

Jody Dement, 39, of Jonesboro, was arrested for possession of an open container containing alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Joshua Henson, 37, of Ash Flat, was arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor contempt of court charge related to nonpayment of fines and for no driver’s license.

Brianna King, 24, of Batesville, was arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge.

Stashia Martin, 27, of Cabot, was arrested for aggravated robbery and theft of property.

Billy Mask, 37, listed as homeless, was arrested for violation of a protection order.

Morgan Noble, 48, of Little Rock, was arrested for a parole or probation violation.

Sandra Reed, 35, of Franklin, was arrested for failure to pay time pay on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license and no proof of liability insurance.

Hope Roberson, 33, of Ash Flat, was arrested for public intoxication.

Kyle Salamone, 46, of Mammoth Spring, was incarcerated in connection with a court appearance.

Jason Sears, 50, of North Little Rock, was sentenced to the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

Derek Sharp, 33, of Evening Shade, was arrested for failure to pay time pay on contempt for failure to pay restitution, disorderly conduct, driving while intoxicated, and possession of a controlled substance.

Kimberly Shaw, 56, of Sidney, was arrested on a parole or probation hold.

Amber Sims, 45, of Hardy, was arrested for terroristic threatening in the second degree and public intoxication.

Joshua Spires, 28, of Cave City, was arrested for endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree, fleeing on foot, domestic battering in the third degree, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief in the first degree involving property damage of $1,000 or less, resisting arrest, and public intoxication.

Terrye Straver, 66, of Jonesboro, was arrested for possession with purpose to deliver methamphetamine or cocaine greater than or equal to 2 grams but less than 10 grams, and possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance under 28 grams.

Anthony Terry, 59, of Sheridan, was arrested for parole or probation revocation.

Brittany Timberlake, 26, of Batesville, was arrested for failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license and contempt for failure to pay restitution.

Heather Turner, 26, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor driving while intoxicated charge.

Brittany Vanderberg, 36, of Cherokee Village, was held for another county or state.

Rodney Whitlow, 45, of Little Rock, was arrested for failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license and expired vehicle tags.

Jennifer Williams, 44, listed as from Arkansas, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
All charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
