The Izard County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly incarceration report for the period ending April 13, 2026, detailing recent arrests and returns to custody across the county.
According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated during the past week:
James Magouirk, 35, of Melbourne, was returned for court on charges of maintaining a drug premises, possession of a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance, and unauthorized use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime.
Daison Faver, 30, of Glencoe, was arrested April 6 on a warrant for parole violations.
Delilah Endress, 65, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested April 8 on a felony failure to appear warrant out of Bourbon County.
Donald Hill, 51, of Sidney, was arrested April 9 on a warrant issued by the Izard County Circuit Court for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and unauthorized use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime.
David Jones, 55, of Melbourne, was arrested April 9 on a warrant out of Montague County for sexual abuse of a child.
Jacob Raeber, 45, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested April 11 on charges of driving while intoxicated and open container of alcohol.
Linda Burkard, 66, of Livingston, was arrested April 11 for driving while intoxicated.
All charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
