Weekly Jail Report Released by Sharp County Sheriff’s Office

SHARP COUNTY, Ark. — The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly incarceration report for the period of April 6 through April 13, 2026, detailing recent arrests and court-related incarcerations.

According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the following individuals were incarcerated during the reporting period:

Kenneth Adkins, 48, of Ash Flat, was arrested for failure to appear on a driving while intoxicated charge.

Breianna Albee, 33, of Ash Flat, was arrested for theft of $1,000 or less.

Geraldine Bales, 55, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested for public intoxication and drinking in public.

Talon Blackhawk, 27, of Hardy, was arrested for criminal trespassing.

Shannon Brister, 40, of Batesville, was arrested for criminal trespass in or on a vehicle or structure and violation of a protection order.

Billy Burge, 44, was incarcerated for court proceedings.

Terrance Davidson, 46, of Hardy, was arrested for indecent exposure.

Johnny Farris, 42, of Cave City, was arrested for failure to appear on a felony charge of theft of property obtained by threat.

Chad Fry, 37, of Tucker, was incarcerated for court proceedings.

Russell Huntsman, 67, of Hardy, was arrested on multiple charges including improper motorcycle operation without a certificate, reckless driving, speeding more than 15 mph over the limit, improper passing and fleeing in a vehicle.

Freddie Johnston, 43, of Dermott, was incarcerated for court proceedings.

Dickie Mitchell, 70, of Imboden, was incarcerated for court proceedings.

Jacob Mitchell, 34, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Tyler Newell, 32, of Pine Bluff, was incarcerated for court proceedings.

Tristan Pearson, 27, of Cave City, was arrested for contempt of court for nonpayment of fines.

Bethany Sims, 57, of West Plains, was arrested for failure to appear on a theft of property charge, contempt for failure to pay restitution and violation of the Arkansas Hot Check Law.

Samantha Wiley, 33, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for no driver’s license and no proof of liability insurance.

In addition to the incarceration report, the sheriff’s office noted that inmates participating in the county’s community service program completed a total of 400 hours of work between April 5 and April 11.

Projects were carried out at Tri County Recycling, the Sharp County Courthouse, the Sharp County Road Department and Woodland Hills Dams under the supervision of Coordinator Brian Watson.

Officials said the program allows inmates to work off fines while contributing to improvement efforts across Sharp County communities.

All charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
