A private viewing was held for Anna Mary Majorowicz, Age 85 of Sucess, Missouri at Evans Funeral Home, Houston Missouri on Thursday, July 18th, 2025.
She passed away on July 13, 2025, at her home.
Anna Majorowicz was born in La Fargeville, New York to Charles and Agnes Bates on December 11, 1939. She worked as a waitress and factory worker throughout her life as well as a nurse’s aide. She enjoyed gardening and houseplants, rescuing animals, collecting many different types of music, and dancing the jig when the mood struck her.
Anna Majorowicz is survived by her husband, Allan Majorowicz; her six children, Kennith (Butch) Hughes, Jr. of Bryan, TX, Teresa A. Young of Success, MO, John C. Hughes of Dalonega, GA, Clarence E. Lucas of Bryan, TX, Fabrice (Jeff) Lucas of Success, MO, and Francine J. Krivanek of Alma, AR; her step-child, Cheryl and husband Randy Grace of Sarcoxie, MO; her brother, Roger and wife Dee Bates of Copenhagen, NY; 24 grandkids; 53 great grandkids; 6 great great grandkids; and countless nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Agnes Bates; her brother, Bruce F. Bates; her daughter, Kimberly G. Lucas; and her step-son, Edward Majorowicz.
