Billy Earl Frazier was born on June 27, 1941, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, to Wesley and Audra (Carter) Frazier. He passed away on March 25, 2026, at his home in Birch Tree, Missouri.
Billy is survived by his wife, Jenora Frazier; his son, Dakota (Courtney) Walton; four step-children, Rodney (Laura) Walton, Robert (Jennifer) Walton, Tammy Walton, and Stephanie Walton; his sister, Margaret Barr; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought immense joy to his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his step-son, Dale (Junior) Walton; and his brothers, James Frazier, Frances (Bud) Frazier, Robert Frazier, and Lonnie Frazier.
Billy had a passion for hunting and fishing, but he particularly loved playing Texas Hold’em and never missed an opportunity for a good game.
