Billy lived a full life from following his passion of playing high school basketball at Greenway to being a cattle farmer. He had many skills and worked quite successfully as a mechanic ~ “He could fix anything.” ~ and excelled in construction as well as off-shore oil drilling. He was a “jack of all trades” at the Boy Scout camp and for anyone else who needed help.

Perhaps his favorite hobby was actually a labor of love as he shared his talents of playing the guitar and singing oldtime gospel music always from the heart for the Lord. Billy thoroughly enjoyed being invited to sing at churches.  He attended New Song Baptist Church in Williford, Arkansas where his memorial service will be at a later date.
