Funeral Services for Christina Sue Thebeau, Age 57 of Edgar Springs, MO will be held on Friday, October 3rd, 2025 at 2 PM at The Evans Funeral Home, Houston, Missouri. Visitation will precede the service beginning at 12-Noon and lasting until service time.
Christina Sue Thebeau, age 57, of Edgar Springs, MO passed away September 26,2025. Chrissy was born on April 11, 1968, in West Plains, MO, to Kenneth Richard Ellison and Susan Frances (Pettis) Ellison.
Chrissy enjoyed decorating, organizing, and cleaning. No matter where she called home, she took great pride in making sure it was cozy and clean. She loved her dogs as if they were her children. She loved her children and grandchildren with her whole heart. Chrissy married John Thebeau on July 17, 2017. Together they owned and managed Bubba’s Hauling.
Chrissy is survived by her husband, John Edward Thebeau; daughters, Jamie Morris of Jefferson City, MO, Jennifer Morris (Tim Jackson) of Jefferson City, MO , and Jacqueline Morris of Steelville, MO; step children, Josh Thebeau of Granite City, IL and Katie Thebeau of Granite City, IL; sisters, Melissa Edwards (Luke) of Clinton, MO; and Laura Burris of Independence, MO; brother, Robert Hunt (Emi) of Pompano Beach FL; grandchildren, Andrew Jackson, Aden Jackson, Heidi Holleman, Ora Edmonds, McKayla Mitchell, and Royal Ball of Jefferson City, MO, Atlas, Harley and Ellie Pipkin of Steelville, MO; aunt, Judi Pettis of Sedalia, MO, as well as, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; and her beloved dogs, Aalayah, Bonnie, and Casper. She is preceded in death by her mother, Susan Burris; father, Kenneth Ellison; brother-in-law, Jim Thebeau of Edgar Springs, MO; and her beloved dogs, Harley Davidson and Clyde.
