Cody Benjamen Lowery, 32-year-old resident of Jonesboro, AR and former resident of Ripley County, departed this life Wednesday, December 13, 2023, in Jonesboro. Cody was born July 17, 1991, in Poplar Bluff, MO, and graduated high school from Couch. He was a forklift operator for Great Dane and loved his family. He never met a stranger and loved riding motorcycles and enjoyed hunting. Cody attended Warm Springs Missionary Baptist Church.
Cody was preceded in death by a brother, Jason Lowery.
Cody is survived by his parents, Bruce and Joanie Lowery of Doniphan; maternal grandmother, Doris Gibson of Doniphan; sisters, Keshia Robinson of Doniphan, Lisa Lowery of Doniphan, Cammi (Greg) Pierce of Shelbville, IL, Natalie Underwood of Jonesboro, AR, Sarah Combs of Seymour, MO, and Octavia Lowery of Shelbville, IL; and brothers, Bob Lowery, Daryl Lowery, Davy Lowery, Wade(Madi) Lowery, Shawn Lowery, Rashawn Lowery, Jordan Lowery, and Jayson Underwood all of Doniphan. Cody was a loving uncle to 14 nieces and nephews, Emilee, Bricelynn, Graedynn, Gracee, Cooper, Ethan (Misti and Evelyn), Kyle, Kameron, Konner, Kelsey, Ashlynn, Eva, Hadley, and Hali.
Services for Cody will be held Monday, December 18, 2023, at 10 AM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Justin Frances officiating. Burial will be in the Mt Olive Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 5-8 PM.
