Sharon Lavada Shriver

Sharon Lavada Shriver, 68 years, 3 months, 16 days old, passed peacefully on May 1, 2025, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, with her daughter, Amber, and her family by her side.

Sharon was born January 13, 1957 in Ceres, California, to Sherman and Opal (Price) Renfro.

She lived in Manteca, California, and graduated from Calla High School.       

Sharon was united in marriage to Larry Bell at Tracy, California, and to this union two daughters were born, Nicole and Amber.

Later in years, Sharon met and married Wendell Shriver in Manteca, California. Wendell was a career U.S. States Army veteran and became a Sergeant. Sharon and family moved with Wendell to several military bases, until he passed away in 2008.

Sharon moved to Missouri to be with her daughter, Amber, and grandkids. 

She adored her daughters, but absolutely loved her grandchildren. She was all about anything the grandkids wanted to do or play. Her world was her grandkids.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother and best friend, Roger Renfro.

Sharon is survived by her daughters, Nicole Bell and Amber Bell; two grandchildren, Jacob and Skylar Bell; siblings, Carla Kilpatrick and Andy Renfro.          

Cremation services for Sharon are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, Missouri. Sharon’s wishes were to be cremated.
