Willis Eugene (Bill) Norton Sr. passed away on Sunday February 8th, 2026, surrounded by family, after a short battle with cancer.
He was preceded in death by his parents Harold Roy Norton and Gladys Arlene Goff, his wife of 51 years, Helen Trudel (Trudy) Norton, his son Brian Norton, and brothers Tom Goff and Dave Goff.
He is survived by His wife Nancy of Steele, MO, his brother Jim Norton (Alice) of Wichita Falls, TX, his children Nancy Goff-Waddell of Burlington, IA, Willis (Gene) Norton Jr. (Angie) of Lakeland, TN, Amy Lewis of Bartlett, TN. His Grandchildren: Sara, Russell, Zack(Meagan), Abby(Robert), Josh(Sydnee), Brian and Andy. His 5 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. His many nieces and nephews.
Burial will take place Thursday, February 12, 2026 at the Memphis Memory Gardens Cemetery, Memphis TN.
