The West Plains Lady Zizzer volleyball team is closing out the regular season on a high note both individually and as a team.
Senior standout Mylea Adams reached a monumental milestone, recording her 1,000th career kill this week. In addition to the impressive feat, Adams also surpassed 200 career blocks just last week, solidifying her status as one of the top players in the region.
“These milestones reflect Mylea’s incredible work ethic and leadership on the court,” said Coach. “She’s been a force at the net all season, and her consistency has been a huge part of our team’s success.”
That success was on full display as the Lady Zizzers swept Carl Junction to close out the regular season, clinching a share of the conference championship. The win secured a Co-Conference title for West Plains and capped a stellar season with a final record of 24-6-3.
With postseason play on the horizon, the Lady Zizzers look to carry their momentum and Adams’ dominant performance into the next chapter of their 2025 campaign.
