They will return to the diamond this afternoon to conclude the four-game series against Toronto.

The skipper is in his first-year with the Royals after stints as an assistant coach with Tampa Bay and Cleveland. The team announced that bench coach Paul Hoover will serve as the interim manager until Quatraro is cleared to return. The Royals are currently last in the AL Central.
