The Toronto Blue Jays completed a three-game sweep of the St. Louis Cardinals with a 5-2 win from Busch Stadium. The Blue Jays trailed by two early before scoring five unanswered runs. Matt Clement went 3-for-4 with a home runs and an RBI, while Spencer Turnbull picked up the win in relief. Toronto has won seven of eight. Yohel Pozo [[ jo-EL ]] went deep in the losing effort, and Matthew Liberatore was charged with his sixth loss after allowing three earned runs and two unearned runs on eight hits in five frames. St. Louis is on a four-game losing streak.
