The Cleveland Browns have ended their head coach search and hired Todd Monken as their new leader, making it his first NFL head coaching job. Monken was most recently the offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens, where he helped direct high-powered offenses and worked with stars like Lamar Jackson.
Monken replaces Kevin Stefanski, who was fired after a disappointing 5–12 season, and has agreed to a multi-year deal to take over a Browns team that has struggled for consistency.

The Browns’ search involved several candidates and interviews, and Monken’s mix of NFL and college coaching experience — including a previous stint in Cleveland in 2019 — helped him stand out.
