The St. Louis Cardinals held Baltimore to three hits in a 1-0 win at Camden Yards. Drew Rom earned his first MLB win after striking out seven and giving up two hits over five-and-a-third innings. Richie Palacios drove in the game’s only run with a solo home run in the top of the fourth, his third in two games. St. Louis took two of three against Baltimore on the road.
