Cardinals 5, Diamondbacks 3

Nolan Gorman drilled a walk-off two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth inning to lift the Cardinals past the Diamondbacks 5-3 in St. Louis. The winning blast snapped an 0-for-19 slump at the plate for Gorman. Paul Goldschmidt also homered against his former team as the Cards ended a four-game losing streak. St. Louis improved to 10-and-13 on the season, and Ryan Helsley got credit with the win. Steven Matz starts for the Cardinals against the Diamondbacks tonight.
