Former MLB All-Star Rafael Furcal, known for his time with the Braves, Dodgers, and Cardinals, has been arrested in Florida on two felony charges.
Authorities allege that Furcal threw a ‘deadly missile’—in this case, a rock—into an occupied vehicle during an altercation with a truck driver. Furcal claims he acted in self-defense after being attacked with a knife. He turned himself in to Broward County authorities and has since been released on bond.
