This Friday night August 22nd will be the West Plains Zizzer football Red and White Scrimmage at 7pm. The Kiwanis will have concessions. It will be a great night to come out and get a sneak peek of your 2025 Zizzers.
The Liberty Eagles will take part in the SARCOXIE Jamboree this Friday night. Mountain Grove will also be hosting a Jamboree with Thayer, Willow Springs and Houston and the Salem Tigers will go to the Sullivan Jamboree this Friday night.

The West Plains Optimist Club will hold their 2nd annual golf classic Friday, Sept 5th at the West Plains Country Club. It’s a two-person 18-hole scramble cost is $250 which includes lunch and a Tee time of Noon. To sign your team up call the Pro Shop at 417-256-7187.

The atmosphere will be electric as the 2025 Jamboree brings together Glendale, Branson, and The West Plains Lady Zizzers. 5:30 PM – Meet & Greet on the Field to Kick off the evening with a chance to meet both the Missouri State–West Plains Grizzly Volleyball players and the Zizzer volleyball stars. It’s open to everyone. 6:30 PM The Jamboree Begins, Extras to Make the Night Special Food trucks will be on hand to satisfy cravings and fuel the excitement. FREE admission for students ensures everyone can be part of the fun.
