The Chiefs were handed a last-minute loss on Monday Night Football. Kansas City fell to the Jacksonville Jaguars 31-28 at EverBank Stadium. The Jags scored the go-ahead touchdown on a one-yard rush with 23 seconds remaining. Patrick Mahomes completed 29-of-41 passes for 318 yards, one touchdown, and an interception. He also led the team in rushing with 60 yards and a TD.
Jim Cox Memorial Golf Tournament will take place Saturday Oct 18th with a Tee time of 11am it’s a 2-person 18-hole scramble with the cost of 80 dollars per team there will be hole prizes and lots of fun, sign up sheet inside the pro shop the tournament will be held at the Thomas F Benyo Willow Spring Municipal Golf Course.
Liberty traveled to West Plains last night for high school volleyball. And lost to the Zizzers in 4 15-25, 22-25, 25-14, 18-25.
Friday night October 10th the Cabool Bulldog football team will be at home hosting the Liberty Eagles and it will be the Bulldogs Pink out game to benefit Breast Cancer awareness and Research. Bulldogs will be working again with Beyond the Ribbon, selling t shirts in which sll proceeds go towards Breast Cancer Awareness and Research. This would be a great night for us as a Bulldog Family to show our support for an outstanding cause.
High School Volleyball for Tonight. Mansfield at Ava, Couch at Bakersfield, Salem at Cabool, Houston at Gainesville, Summersville at Licking, West Plains at Marshfield, Liberty at Poplar Bluff, Koshkonong at Seymour, Eminence at Thayer, and Winona at Willow Springs.
West Plains Zizzer Soccer, Hudson Cox netted the Zizzers 3rd goal on a composed and well hit penalty kick, a few moments later the Zizzers were able to hold on for the 3-1 victory over the Rolla Bulldogs.
