Congratulations to Alicia Gunter on being named Class 4 Boys Coach of the Year by the Missouri Track and Cross-Country Coaches Association. Coach Gunter received this honor at the MTCCTA Banquet in Columbia this past Friday, Dec 12th.

Class 2 all-state first team recipients Parker Tune and Reed Tune from Liberty. Second team recipients Matt Bushong and Kyle Roberts and Jasper Melby from Liberty. Earning third team all-state. Ben Stewart from Ava, and Sawyer Morris from Liberty. Class 3 all state 2nd team Aden Estep from Mountain Grove. And earning 3rd team all-state in class 3 Maliki Williams from Mountain Grove. Class 4 all-state 2nd team honors Jaxon Hunter West Plains. Congratulations to all for making the all-state list.
Area school-aged youth are invited to participate in Grizzly Basketball Christmas Camp Dec. 29 and 30 at the West Plains Civic Center. The morning session from 9 a.m. to noon, the all-day session from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. All sessions will be divided into groups based on the participants’ skill levels, All equipment for the camps will be provided, with the exception of personal attire. Campers are encouraged to bring their own ball with their name on it, but a ball can be provided, if needed. Participants also should bring their own water bottles, and those who are participating in the all-day camp should bring their own sack lunch.
