Boys District champions head to the Sectional round Tonight. Class 1 Bunker vs Billings at Cabool tip off at 6pm. Class 2 East Carter vs Hayti at Poplar Bluff 6pm, Hartville vs Eugene at Lebanon at 6pm. Class 3 Liberty vs Seymour at Houston 6pm game will air on The Fox 969.
The Zizzer boys play Tonight at Cape Girardeau in class 5 district 1 tournament vs Hillsboro at 5pm tonight. Game will air on KDY 102.5.
Class 4 district 10 boys basketball Mountain Grove the 4 seed will play 5 seed Warsaw at 6pm at Bolivar.
The Mizzou Tigers will be at Oklahoma tonight pregame at 530 tip-off at 6pm all on Q94 and Saturday the Tigers host Arkansas pregame 1030 and tip-off at 11am all on Q94. The SEC tournament starts on March 11th.
Sectional play for high school girls in classes 1 through 3 were played last night, scores from our area teams still competing. In class 2 Norwood over Iberia 52-32. Norwood vs Marionville in the class 2 girls quarterfinals Friday at 6pm at Bolivar. In class 3 girls basketball, the Willow Springs Lady Bears had to claw there way back to get the 46-44 win over Sparta. The Willow Springs Lady Bears will face Skyline in the quarterfinals Friday at 6pm at Nixa game will air on KUKU 100.3.
The West Plains Lady Zizzers kicked off their district tournament last night vs Springfield Central and coasted into the second round with a 70-18 victory over Central. Up next for the Lady Zizzers is McDonald County Wednesday at 430pm all games are being played at Hillcrest.
The 10-19 MSU-WP Grizzlies will compete in the region 16 play in game at Moberly tonight vs Moberly at 7pm. Game will air on KDY 102.5.
Saturday March 14th the Mountain View Municipal Golf course will host the St. Patty Go Green 18 hole 2-person scramble. Tee time is 10am sign in will start at 9am cost is 80 dollars per team. You can sign up at the pro shop of the Mountain View golf course.
