The St. Louis Cardinals get their 2025 campaign started tomorrow. Pitchers and catchers are scheduled to report to Florida. The Cardinals look to bounce back after missing the playoffs for a second season. St. Louis begins full-team workouts next Monday.
Mizzou tries to snap their two-game losing streak, hosting Oklahoma tonight at eight. The Tigers are 6-4 in SEC play. The Sooners are just 3-7 in league play. Number 1 Auburn, Number 2 Alabama, and Number 3 Florida won last night. Number 5 Tennessee was beaten by Number 15 Kentucky. Number 8 Texas A&M beat Georgia. Five of the top 8 schools are in the SEC, and 8 of the top 22 are from the SEC, including Mizzou at 21.
The 4 Nations Face-Off begins tonight in Montreal, a round-robin tournament of NHL stars from the U.S., Canada, Finland and Sweden. The top two teams play a championship game. Canada takes on Sweden tonight. Canada coach Jon Cooper, Tampa Bay’s head coach, announced Blues goalie Jordan Binnington will start the first game for Canada.
