Mountain View Rotary Club will hold their annual 3-person 18-hole golf scramble Saturday Aug 3rd at the Mountain View Municipal Golf Course 120 dollars for the early bird tee time of 7am or 150 dollars for the 1pm tee time. There will be a Million Dollar shootout as well sign your team up at Mountain View Golf course.
The St. Louis Cardinals are bolstering their bullpen. The team received reliever Shawn Armstrong in a trade with the Tampa Bay Rays just before last night’s trade deadline. The Cardinals sent outfielder Dylan Carlson to Tampa Bay. The Royals are bolstering their lineup with a proven slugger at the trade deadline. Kansas City has acquired shortstop Paul DeJong from the Chicago White Sox in exchange for minor league pitcher Jarold Rosado.
