The MSU-WP Lady Grizzly volleyball team hosted Jefferson College last night at the West Plains Civic Center and grabbed the win in straight sets 25-14 & 25-17 & 25-8 the Grizzlies are now 8-9 on the season and will host Mineral Area College on the 27th with a game start of 530pm.

Kadem Tharp, head coach of the Grizzly Baseball program at (MSU-WP), will host a prospect camp for potential players Sunday, Oct. 1, at Lester White Field in Mountain Home, Arkansas. The pro-style workout will begin at 1 p.m. and is limited to 75 student-athletes who will graduate high school between spring 2024 to spring 2027. Coaches from Arkansas State University-Mountain Home and North Arkansas College in Harrison will attend. The Jim Cox Memorial 2-person 18 hole scramble golf tournament will be held Saturday October 14th at Willow Springs with a tee time of 11am. Cost is 80.00 per team, sign your team up at the Thomas F Benyo Municipal Golf Course.

 

 

The Grizzlies softball team will travel to Union Friday to face East Central College in games at 2 and 4 p.m.
