The Missouri State University-West Plains Grizzlies took on the Three Rivers Raiders in Poplar Bluff on Jan. 31, 2024.
The Grizzlies made the first shot of the game but the Raiders when on a 14 point run early to grab a lead. The Grizzlies caught up within 2 points but the Raiders would get another 10 point lead. The half ended with the Grizzlies trailing by 7 with a score of 29 to 36.
In the second half, the Grizzlies fell further behind before a big push brought the score within 3 points of the Raiders. By the end of the game, the Grizzlies fell behind but kept the score within 8 points.
The MSU-West Plains Grizzlies fall to the Three Rivers Raiders 70 to 78. The Grizzlies next play against the Jefferson College Vikings on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024 with tip-off at 3 p.m.
