History made in baseball broadcasting (cut) Joe Buck has won the Ford C. Frick Award for baseball broadcasting excellence from the National Baseball Hall of Fame, making him and his father, Jack Buck, the first father-son duo to receive the honor. He will be recognized during the 2026 Hall of Fame induction weekend in Cooperstown.
