The St. Louis Cardinals managed just four hits during a 5-0 loss to the Miami Marlins at Busch Stadium. The Cardinals surrendered two runs in the top of the second and trailed the rest of the way. Sonny Gray was charged with his fifth loss after allowing three runs on eight hits in five innings.
Alec Burleson struck out with the bases loaded to end the only real Cardinals threat.
