QUOTES

Mizzou Head Coach Marc Burns… “We had some very exciting things happen today but we don’t like to get beat on our home course. It was great to see Will and Sarah rolling up front. Our fifth runners ran well today but we need to find a way to close the gap between our 4th and 5th on both sides. We will take the positives away and refocus our efforts in training to prepare for Wisconsin in two weeks. We will need to be ready for a fast early pace and then keep things rolling all the way to the finish line.”

UP NEXT

Following the Gans Creek Classic, Mizzou will visit the University of Wisconsin- Madison to compete in the Nuttycombe Invitational on Friday, Oct. 15 for the fourth and final meet of the regular season.
