The Chicago White Sox signed All-Star pitcher Lance Lynn to an extension.
He signed a two-year, $38 million contract extension to remain in Chicago.

Lynn is 9-3 with an American League-best 1.99 ERA in 16 starts. He was acquired in a December trade with the Texas Rangers.
