MLB: Yankees’ Corey Kluber Is Accused Of Doctoring Pitches With A Mix Of Rosin And Pine Tar By The Same Guy Who Said New York’s Gerrit Cole Does Too

A former clubhouse attendant for the Los Angeles Angels has accused a second New York Yankees pitcher of doctoring baseballs in violation of Major League rules.

Brian “Bubba” Harkins, who was fired in 2020 for providing sticky foreign substances to MLB pitcher, revealed that he supplied a mixture of rosin and pine tar to Yankees pitcher Corey Kluber.

Kluber’s agent denied the claims saying Harkins never personally gave anything of the sort to Kluber nor has he ever used any substance prepared by Harkins in an MLB game.

Harkins had previously said he provided the same substance to Yankees All-Star pitcher Gerrit Cole.
