On Monday night the Mountain Grove Lady Panthers faced Forsyth for the Class 3 District 11 Championship. This was a hard fought match but the Panthers (27-7) prevailed winning 25-22,28-26,22-25, and 25-18 to claim their first district title since 2012. The puch for a state title will continue on Thursday night as the Panthers will face either Mount Vernon or Seneca.
