The Blues let a four-goal lead slip away Monday night, falling 6-5 to Nashville after building a 5-1 advantage in the second period. Pavel Buchnevich scored twice, with Jake Neighbours, Philip Broberg, and Colton Parayko also finding the net, and Broberg and Parayko scored just 30 seconds apart early in the second to put St. Louis firmly in control. But Nashville answered with five straight goals, including two from Steven Stamkos in the third period, capped by the game-winner with 9:37 remaining. Ryan O’Reilly also scored twice against his former team, while Roman Josi had four assists. Joel Hofer finished with 22 saves, Jordan Kyrou picked up three assists, and the Blues dropped their seventh game in the last eight. St. Louis heads to Dallas to face the Stars on Wednesday night.
