Kansas City’s Maikel Garcia hit a two-out double and scored on a single by Vinnie Pasquantino to cap the scoring in the ninth. Starting pitcher Kris Bubic was tagged with his fifth loss as the Royals dropped to 38-and-41. The Royals have lost eight straight and 12 of their last 15 at Kaufmann Stadium after starting the season 16-5 at home.
