Saint Louis Billikens picked up their 18th win in a row with an 86-59 rout over Loyola-Chicago. Saint Louis is in first place in the A-10 conference with a 12-and-0 conference record and a 24-and-1 mark overall. The Billikens visit Rhode Island tomorrow night. Missouri State lost to Delaware 76-67, Southeast Missouri State beat Lindenwood 73-61
