The Saint Louis Billikens saw their 18-game winning streak come to an end Tuesday night, falling 81-76 on the road to the Rhode Island Rams. Robbie Avila led SLU with 21 points, while Dion Brown added 19, but 18 turnovers proved costly. Jonah Hinton hit nine threes for Rhode Island, and the Billikens trailed for most of the night. Now 24 and 2 in the Atlantic 10 Conference, Saint Louis turns its focus to a first-place showdown Friday against Virginia Commonwealth Rams at Chaifetz Arena.
