The Southeastern Conference has announced an adjustment to the Mississippi State-Missouri matchups for this season due to the postponement of the Jan. 5 matchup in Columbia, Mo. The Missouri at Mississippi State game originally scheduled for Saturday, February 19, will move to Friday, February 18. The game will tip off at 6 p.m. CT and be available on SECN+. The Mississippi State at Missouri game originally scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 5, has been rescheduled for Sunday, Feb. 20. The game will tip off at 7 p.m. CT and be televised by SEC Network. This scheduling of games allows for the continued opportunity for all 14 SEC teams to each play 18 conference games with a balance of home and away games during the 2022 season.

 

University of Missouri women’s basketball (13-5, 2-3 SEC) will hit the road to face Vanderbilt (10-8, 1-3 SEC). The Tigers will look to pick up their first road SEC win of the season. The game will air on SEC Network + with a 7 p.m. CT tipoff time. Mizzou has won five in a row against Vanderbilt and the Tigers lead the all-time series 7-3. 

 

Gaige Prim secured his 25th career double-double, and Isiaih Mosley exploded for 22 points in the second half to lift Missouri State to an 88-63 win over visiting Illinois State.
