The Drury Lady Panthers will celebrate their historic season of 2020-21 with a special postseason celebration on Friday, June 11, at Springfield Brewing Company located near downtown Springfield. Doors open at 6 pm, with the meal getting underway at 6:30 pm. Awards and highlights of the 2020-21 season that resulted in a Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship and the NCAA-II National Championship game appearance will follow. Due to limited capacity, reservations must be made. Tables will be socially distanced, and masks are required when not eating. The cost of the meal is $40. The West Plains Sunrise Rotary Club’s 19th Annual Tom Smith Spring Golf Classic, will be held on Saturday, May 29th, 2021 at the North Terra Golf Course in West Plains with a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. The tournament will be a three-person scramble. HS Baseball today West Plains plays Macdonald County in the class 5 district 6 tournament at 5pm game will be played at Macdonald County.
And in class 2 district 6 tournament Seymour plays Fordland at 6pm and Gainsville will play Sparta at 4pm.
Class 4 district 9 championship game will be played today at Sullivan with Salem taking on St Clair at 5pm
Class 4 district 10 tournament today, Catholic plays Mountain Grove at 4pm and Rogersville plays Ava at 6pm both are simi final games played at Catholic.
Class 1 district 4 tournament Norwood plays Summersville. Dora plays Winona both games will be played at Norwood.
Class 3 district 9 championship game will be played today Licking vs Linn game will be played at Houston 4pm.
The STL Blues started the NHL Playoff’s last night with a loss to the Col Avalanche 4-1. Game 2 will be Wed pregame at 9 and puck drop at 930 all on Q94.
