State softball playoffs get underway Tue, in Class 1 Plato will host Valle Catholic at 5pm in the first round of the class 1 softball playoffs. In class 2 the Houston Lady Tigers will host the Central Park Hills Lady Rebels at Tues at 5pm in the first round of the state softball playoffs.
In Class 1 girls’ soccer the Lady Liberty Eagles will take on McAuley Catholic today in Springfield in the first round of the state playoffs at 615.
Liberty and Willow Springs boys golf teams are competing in the state golf meet at Columbia Country Club in class 2 today and Tuesday. The Course is a par 71.
In district baseball in class 1 district 4 championship game, it will be Norwood vs Greenwood Tuesday at 6pm at Dora winner advances to the state tournament. In Class 2 district 2 Winona plays Thayer at 4pm in the first-round winner will play the #1 seed East Carter Tuesday games are being played at Van Buren. In class 2 district 10 semifinals baseball today, Gainesville plays Bakersfield at 430 and Seymour plays Fordland at 630 winners will play Tuesday at 5pm games are being played at Seymour. Class 3 district 9 semi finals today Licking vs Mansfield at 2pm and Hartville vs Houston at 4pm games are being played at Hartville. In class 4 district 4 semi finals Salem vs Sullivan at 6pm today game is played at Owensville. In class 4 district 10 today Ava plays Rogersville in the semifinals at 430 games will be played at Hollister. Class 5 district 6 West Plains will play Marshfield at 3pm Tuesday at Branson.
