COLUMBIA, Mo. – “Tiger Talk,” the weekly radio show of Mizzou Athletics featuring Tigers football coach Eliah Drinkwitz, kicks off its 2025 season on Tuesday, Aug. 26 from Harpo’s Bar & Grill in downtown Columbia. The show airs live from 7-8 p.m. CT every Tuesday during the regular season on the Central Bank Tiger Radio Network.
Hosted by longtime “Voice of the Tigers” Mike Kelly, “Tiger Talk“ gives fans an inside look at Mizzou Football each week with segments featuring Coach Drinkwitz, a Mizzou assistant coach and a Tigers football student-athlete.
This season marks the first year of a new three-year partnership with Harpo’s (26 S. Tenth Street) to host “Tiger Talk” during football season. Harpo’s also served as the home for “Tiger Talk” during the 2024-25 Mizzou men’s and women’s basketball seasons.
“We’re excited to continue building on the great tradition of ‘Tiger Talk‘ and to bring the football show back to Harpo’s through this new three-year agreement,” Mizzou Director of Athletics Laird Veatch said. “This setting creates an engaging environment for our fans to connect with Coach Drinkwitz, our student-athletes and our program each week. It’s a great way to showcase the energy of Mizzou Football and the passion of our fan base every week in downtown Columbia.”
As part of the schedule, the Nov. 11 edition of “Tiger Talk” will be held at Memorial Stadium’s Walsworth Family Columns Club during the annual “Taste of The Tigers” event, benefiting the Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri. Fans can listen live statewide on the Central Bank Tiger Radio Network, including Columbia’s KTGR 105.1 FM / 1580 AM or on Tiger Radio Network affiliates around the state. “Tiger Talk” is also available on the Mizzou Tigers app. Download the MUTigers mobile app now.
