The Willow Springs Bears were in action for the first time in two weeks, as they travelled to Ava on Friday night for the battle of the Bears.
Unfortunately for Willow Springs, it was the Ava Bears who dominated the game, leading 16-0 after the first quarter, and increased their lead at the half 22-0. In the third quarter Ava would score their final points of the game, but Willow Springs could only muster 6 points, and would go on to lose the game 38-6.
