Thursday, January 16:
The boys and girls wrestling teams traveled to St. James for a quad competition. Both teams delivered strong performances:
- Girls Team:
- Defeated St. James: 24-12
- Defeated Steelville: 18-12
- Boys Team:
- Defeated St. Francis Borgia: 35-30
- Defeated Steelville: 60-6
- Narrowly fell to St. James: 25-41
This was an excellent night of competition for the Zizzer Wrestling teams!

Friday, January 17:
The JV wrestlers competed in a 16-team tournament at Owensville. Our JV team wrestled exceptionally well, with the following individual results:
- Tristian Powell: 2nd place
- Eli Ryan: 4th place
- Enrique Carbonell: 4th place
- Garrett Whisenant: 5th place
- Burk Hopkins: 1st place
- Trevor Dickson: 3rd place
- JT Judd: 4th place
- Cole Marshall: 5th place
- Chris Goodwin: 1st place
Saturday, January 18:
The varsity team returned to Owensville to compete in their tournament. Here are the varsity results:

- Tristan Powell: 6th place
- Cole Marshall: 7th place
- Eli Ryan: 3rd place

- Colten McGuire: 1st place
- Trevor Dickson: 7th place

Both tournaments were great opportunities for our athletes to showcase their skills and represent Zizzer Wrestling with pride.
