Christian G. Bolding is a Baxter County man who has been missing since December of last year. Bolding is wanted by the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office as part of a failure to appear in court, seemingly over an arson case from sometime in late November to early December.
Bolding has set fire to his home and had reportedly told police that he had intended to “to let off some steam by shooting fireworks.” But later it was revealed by the mans sister that Bolding had been irritated at the imaginary people inside, had previously set fire to his own vehicle for the same reason, and had threatened to set fire to not only his house, but his sisters house and a neighbors. She went on to say at one point Bolding had been walking with a kitchen knife and trying to stab imaginary people because they were attacking him and would not leave him alone.
Bolding is still currently held in a Missouri Detention Center and will be transported to Baxter County for additional processing.
