Willow Springs soccer registration for 3.5 to 13 years old will take place at the Willow Springs soccer fields Fri 21st 5pm to 7pm and Saturday 22nd 11am to 1pm and on Aug 28th 5 to 7pm and the 29th 11am to 1pm. You may also pick up a registration form at Mid-Ozarks Insurance Mon thru Fri between 8am and 4:30pm. Registration is due no latter than Sept 1st. Payment is due with registration $40 for two seasons or $25 for one season.
