Tuesday (4/27), the City of West Plains held a retirement reception for Mayor Jack Pahlmann and City Administrator Tom Stehn at the West Plains Civic Center. Both will retire Friday, April 30. Pahlmann has served as Mayor since 2012, but as a member of City Council since 2000. Stehn was hired in 2011 as City Administrator/Engineer.
