Sharri Lyn (Taylor) Cantrell, age 72, daughter of Ira and Grace (Stewart) Taylor was born April 18,1950 in Evanston, Wyoming. She passed away February 6, 2023 at Mercy Hospital, Lebanon, MO.
Teddy Joe Cantrell, age 67, son of Carl David Cantrell and Bernice Lora (Graham), was born on April 8, 1948 and died June 25, 2015 at Mercy Hospital, Lebanon, MO.
Ted and Sharri are preceded in death by their parents, two sons: Kelly and Jayson Cantrell, and several bothers and sisters.
They are survived by their daughter April Buckner and her husband Larry of Lebanon, MO; One son Eric Cantrell and his wife Lisa of Branson, MO. Five Granddaughter’s and Two Grandson’s, Jessica Hall and her Husband Robert, Samantha Wellman and her husband Steven, and grandson Justin Amburn, Alyssa Fintel and her husband Micky, Tedi Losh and her husband Kyler, Grandson Eric Andrew Cantrell Jr. Savanah Cantrell and her significant other Colton Carter. And Six Great Grandson’s, and Five Great Granddaughter’s, Multiple nieces and nephews.
Sharri grew up in Evanston, Wyoming, later moving to California. Where she later met Teddy Joe Cantrell, that was born April 8, 1948 at San Bernardino Memorial Community Hospital. She and Teddy Joe Cantrell were married November 15, 1965 at Battle Mountain, Nevada.
Ted and Sharri were married 49 years and were often found together outside working in gardens. Ted was a Master gardener and Sharri loved to pick out the different flowers for their gardens. Ted also worked in the manufacturing world for nearly 35 years before retirement, and Sharri a devoted and loving homemaker for 49 years.
Ted and Sharri loved their family. They both loved having all the kids over for dinner as often as they could. Sharri was often found at the kitchen table visiting with family and playing board games with her grandchildren. Ted loved reading in his favorite chair and tinkering in woodworking when he wasn’t in a garden.
Ted and Sharri were wonderful partners in this life and enjoyed being a father and mother, papa and grandma, Great papa, and Great. They both will be missed by all who knew and loved them.
