Mountain View, MO. – A man from West Plains is facing three felony charges after an event where he is said to have struck a victim multiple times, and attemtpted to unlawfully take away a child less than two years of age.
This event took place on May 7th, and began with Mountain View PD showing up to a call of a domestic assault case. After investigation, it was concluded that Randy Hale III of West Plains had left an adult victim with multiple visible injuries, as well as left visible injuries on the child in the case as he attempted to forcibly take them away from the victim.

As a result, Hale is facing three felony charges: 1st Degree Burglary, 3rd Degree Domestic Assault, and 1st Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
