Theodosia, MO – The Ozark County Sheriff’s Department, in partnership with the Village of Theodosia, is hosting a Kid Safety Awareness Day on May 31 at the Theodosia Village Hall. This family-friendly event is completely free and aims to promote child safety while providing a fun and engaging experience for local families.
The event will take place from noon to 4:00 p.m., offering a variety of activities designed to educate children and parents about safety. One of the key highlights of the event is the Kidstar Safety Emergency ID Kit, which includes a child’s fingerprint—an important tool for parents to have in case of an emergency. Each child attending will have the opportunity to receive a free ID kit.
