Man Arrested for Terroristic Threats and Unlawful Use of a Weapon

According to a probable cause statement a man entered a business on Porter Wagoner Boulevard in West Plains and pulled out a weapon pointing it at the worker and said he needed help shooting people.  The employee called the West Plains Police Department and it was determined that the suspect was Todd Spink.  Law enforcement located Spink and arrested him, he was placed on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges of terroristic threats and unlawful use of a weapon, Corporal Trent Kinder was the investigating officer.
