The Mammoth Spring School District has partnered with Ozarka College to join the new Ozarka Pathways Academy, a regional workforce readiness initiative aimed at preparing students for immediate employment and long-term success.
The program, which will launch in collaboration with other North Arkansas school districts, brings together local industries, educators, and students to focus on essential skills such as career readiness, life skills, equipment operation, safety, resume writing, workplace etiquette, and financial literacy.

Held on Fridays during the school year, the Academy is designed to complement traditional high school schedules while providing real-world learning opportunities.
