Michelle Stevenson has been charged with Domestic Assault after a disagreement over a social media post and comment. According to the Probable Cause Statement the incident happened when Stevenson made a comment on the post of the victim about something she disagreed with.
The Victim then contacted the suspects husband, which is the victims cousin, informing him that if the suspect had a problem with the post then she should talk to the victim about it. The Suspect and her husband went to the victim’s residence and began arguing which lead to a physical altercation and the suspect punched the victim in the face causing physical injury. The incident took place Tuesday afternoon, May 21st, Officer Nicholas Bruno investigated the incident.
